Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Domestic (India): 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹149.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us at aqfashion2017@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Non-Deliverable Areas
We currently ship across India. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
